Alza Cargo is a licensed rail carrier. It provides freight forwarding and rail transport services in Poland and Europe.

The company was looking for a tool to implement the requirements and recommendations of the Office of Rail Transport (UTK) for the security and control of mobile devices used in everyday work. The client also wanted to track equipment location, restrict its use to professional purposes only, streamline application distribution, and provide remote technical support to employees across different parts of the country.

Proget MDM provided the company with complete, fully remote control over its devices and enabled it to meet industry requirements. The system allowed for ongoing monitoring of equipment status and location, facilitating compliance with internal security policies. By creating their own app store on the devices, administrators were able to quickly provide users with the tools they needed for work – without the risk of installing unauthorized programs.

Proget also blocked the use of specific applications when the train exceeded a set speed, increasing the safety of engine drivers. The system also restricted the use of company equipment to work-related tasks only, improving work efficiency.
