We’re expanding our portfolio of devices officially recommended for use with the Proget MDM solution. This time, we’ve verified the compatibility and proper functioning of our system on several new Motorola models.

Which smartphones did we test?
On the test bench this round were devices from the popular Moto G series – the g75 5G, g55 5G, g35 5G, and g15 Power – along with Motorola’s business flagship, the ThinkPhone 25.
The Moto G series offers solid performance and quality at an affordable price, making these smartphones a great fit for everyday work needs. On the other hand, the ThinkPhone is a premium-grade device, highly durable, built to military standards, and equipped with advanced AI-powered security features – an ideal choice for demanding enterprise environments.
Motorola smartphones have been successfully tested at Proget, which is an experienced and respected provider of MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions in the Polish market. This confirms full compatibility and the ability to effectively manage our devices with Proget tools. Motorola’s business-dedicated phones, with their built-in ThinkShield security and reinforced durability compliant with MIL-STD-810H and IP68 standards, are the ideal solution for any business.

How does Proget MDM perform on Motorola devices?
In short – very well. All tested smartphones handle the full set of evaluated features without issues.
What exactly did we test?
Device location tracking and geofencing
All smartphones report their location accurately (in both ‘interval’ and ‘in-motion’ modes), enabling IT teams to track lost equipment or monitor mobile staff in the field. The Geofencing feature works reliably, automatically applying predefined rules based on location – for example, disabling the camera in restricted zones like factory floors, where photos and videos are not allowed.
Kiosk mode
Once registered as Android Enterprise Device Owner, all devices show consistent behavior in Kiosk mode, regardless of configuration. This mode restricts the phone’s use to one or a few selected apps, which is useful when the device is meant for specific tasks – such as when a store manager is checking stock levels using a dedicated work app.
Application management
Remote installation and removal of apps (whether from Google Play or APK files) works seamlessly. The smartphones also correctly enforce whitelists and blacklists in the work profile. These lists give administrators full control over which apps are permitted, helping ensure that, for example, warehouse workers aren’t watching YouTube videos while operating forklifts.
We’re genuinely impressed. From a technical standpoint, the tests were successful: we didn’t encounter any critical issues that could affect device performance after activation. Proget runs on these Motorola models at a level that should meet the expectations of any IT department managing a mobile device fleet.

Security policies
The system successfully enforced all tested security policies – including password requirements, data encryption, and blocking selected features. This allows organizations to ensure that all employees, including management, follow consistent security protocols on their mobile devices.
Performance
Each model was fully ready for use just a few minutes after being powered on. Deactivation and remote data wipe were also fast and smooth – a critical factor for rapid incident response in security-related situations.
All tested Motorola devices have earned our full recommendation for use with the Proget MDM system. A big thank-you to the Motorola team for the collaboration – and congratulations on a successful outcome!
